Simon Steward, CEO
Simon has more than 20 years experience in the technology sector, including senior leadership positions at the nexus of information technology and finance.
He started his career at BT Laboratories, where he worked on cutting-edge projects, including artificial life research and natural-language processing. He was awarded a British Computer Society Medal for his work on applying principles of social insect behaviour to the control of data networks. He was a founder member of BT’s Internet research group and provided strategic advice to the highest level within the company.
With a transition into technology finance in 1999 he took a senior role in the technology practice at Close Brothers Corporate Finance, followed by a stint as chief technology officer with venture capital fund Think Ventures. More recently he was chief information officer for two global media post-production companies, managing operations in London, New York and Los Angeles.

Eric Sellin, CTO
Eric has an extensive background in network related software development. Prior to Vizimo, he worked for eServGlobal, a global telecommunications software company, where he led the specification, design and implementation of high-performance, high-availability applications deployed in fixed and mobile networks across Europe, the Middle-East and Asia-Pacific.
He began his career with British Telecom working on multimedia services and distributed platforms. He then joined the founding team of a web-based enterprise software start-up and worked there until the company was acquired. Eric has an extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle as well as mobile networks and protocols and client and server back-end applications.
